2009  State Volleyball Tournaments

We will start with a meeting on Friday morning at 7:45 am (in the Cafe').  At this meeting we will need one person from each group, as we will be doing a drawing for pool assignments.  If you don't have some one there, than someone else will draw for you plus you will not know when your teams play.   Aim High will not be open  to the teams until 7:35 am.  Click on this link for more rules  http://www.echosports.org/VB%20tournament%20rules%2009.

We will then move into opening ceremonies. Then team warm ups for the teams that are playing.  Please be aware that if your team is not playing then they are line judging (players)/score keeping  (during pool play).  Please make sure that you have your score keepers and line judges ready.  During playoffs you will score keep and line judge when your team is playing. 
 

Admissions: Only players and two coaches per team will be free.  All others must pay admissions.  If anyone from your group attempting to enter without paying  will be asked to leave and it will be brought to the attention of  the teams coaches.

$4.00 per person

$10.00 per family

Preschoolers are free.

Aim High is allowing us to bring coolers in, but they need to kept in the Cafe'.  Please make sure your team cleans up after them selves so it's clean for the next team.  There are lockers available, you will need to provide a lock.
